Holdem in us vs europe ?

Hi,
Just looking where to go for a poker game. Its not expensive now to go US. But im not sure if its worth the extra money for air tickets.
Can someone here compare US tables to europe ? Where are the most fishy games ?
And what games i can find with reasonable rake in city like Vegas (looking for low nl holdem).
And is Vegas realy the best place to go ?

Southern California is a great place to go for live poker.  Most games are very loose (though they have tightened up a bit from the crazy days 15 years ago).  If you're flying into the US you can find games in Vegas as well and plenty of other entertainment.  If I was out of the country I'd definitely start in Vegas and then perhaps fly out to SoCal and play at the Commerce Casino and Bicycle Club and then fly out from LAX.

Also in Las Vegas, when you are gambling at the tables all alcohol is free, if you arent gambling it's pretty expensive tho.  Also there are lots of happy hours and specials in the US most times if u look hard it isnt to too tough to find a cheap drunk.   btw vodka shots... BLEH
