I've just noticed that the TR website is now selling datamined hands (for example 200K hands of 3/6 limit six max are $15).
Forgetting about the ethical implications for a moment, does anyone know whether Stars or
Full Tilt have made any statements about this? I think it must be a fairly recent development.
I know Stars do not allow the use of the TR site whilst the Stars software is open on your computer, but where does it stand on datamining? I'm pretty sure I've answered my own question in a previous thread but I can't find it.
If datamining is against the T&C, how the hell are Stars (or any other site for that matter) going to enforce it? Provided you don't have the Stars software open as you do it, how are they going to know?
