Here's an interesting hand.

Table is generally loose/passive, though player 3 has woken up just a bit and become more aggressive
(he almost went broke, but cracked my AA with his 1010 when he hit a straight on the river).  I don't have a large pokertraker sample size. This is the hand immediately after my aces get cracked.

I think the flop is a must call even with the flush draw out.  My overcards are likely good plus I have a backdoor draw.  But
the river poses an interesting question.  The card puts a flush out and the ace is out.  Call or fold?

I'm with you as played...my opinion on the river:

I'm pretty comfortable folding here. What hand can you possibly beat here that plays as he did? I see an A6, 68, 64, a set, spade flush, flopped straight. He was BB getting 7 to 1 preflop, he could have anything. You are only ahead of underpairs like 88-JJ here.

But, on the other hand, you only have to be right 1 in 8 on this call, so maybe you can. Plus, if you are ahead you can note how far he'll take his agression.

I don't put player 3 on the flush here. Unfortunately I think with his line of action he prob has at least a bare A, if he did not slow play flopped two pair/set. Not seeing the previous hand I am unsure if his suck out was a donkey play or a legitimate play with 1010.

That being said I think you have enough equity here to make the call. your getting almost 10 to 1 on your money and I would say your ahead about 2-3 out of 10 times here.

So I went ALL IN to see where I stood. If he calls I know I am behind, but if he folds $$$

I thought pot odds drove this decision.  A lot of the time he's going to turn up an ace.  But not enough times
to make me want to fold.

COOL_DUCK - Calls $2
*** SHOW DOWN ***
PETEMILES - Shows [Jh 4c] (One pair, fours)
COOL_DUCK - Shows [Kh Qh] (One pair, queens)
COOL_DUCK Collects $19.50 from main pot

What a strange turn bet though, huh?  I mean donking the turn with a pair of 4's into me (the PF raiser) and someone else in position?
