At the table I'm seen as fairly aggressive (mainly good run of cards).

In a few of my last posts we've been discussing betting/checking the turn, I think this is another example (but pretty clear to me).
I won't get into ranges or stats for these players, but I think this is a pretty straightforward line.

The river is a straightforward line with a chance of overcalls, which is probablly better than my chance of check-raising when the pot is multi-way and the obvious draw hits.

Never hurts to go over one that's straightforward though

Semi-bluff the turn only with position, I think.  Then you can see how they respond to (1) your bet, and (2) the river card, before you must act again.

I think this is completely fine.  As CB says a semibluff is more risky OOP, and your fold equity is probably pretty low on this flop (particularly in a shorthanded game at these limits).

It does depend though, if you have a read that these particular opponents are weak tight and/or your image is very tight, then you might reckon a semibluff is likely to be more profitable than checking.   It's rarely going to be a bad play versus only two opponents, you'll often have 12-15 outs in this situation.  But the way you played it is fine.
