I was just wondering your opinions on the best poker site to play at. I used to play at Paradise nefore it was banned for US. It was a real good site mainly because it dealt cards very simular to real life. Im sort of lookign for something like that. Im also looking for a site that has 7 card stud. Ive played at Full Tilt for a while and in my opinion its very bad. Im playing at PokerStars right now. Its, all right but im just wonderign if theres anything better.

hmm..

Well you could make a poll and get some votes.

PS is the biggest, Full Tilt is pretty large too but I think its supposed to be a tougher crowd.

Lowlim2 LOVES UltimateBet they have some 7stud, and its super fast.

What exactly are you looking for?  You say Paradise dealt more like real life, does that mean you think it's "less rigged?" or they dealt it somehow that looked like real dealing like at PKR ?

At first I thought, if I were Superman, a perfect secret identity would be "Clark Kent, Dentist," because you could save money on tooth X-rays. But then I thought, if a patient said, "How's my back tooth?" and you just looked at it with your X-ray vision and said, "Oh it's okay," then the patient would probably say, "Aren't you going to take an X-ray, stupid?" and you'd say, "Aw fuck you, get outta here," and then he probably wouldn't even pay his bill. ~ Jack Handy

Re: 7 card stud

I miss Paradise that's for sure. It was my favorite card room before we were banned from playing there.

It was THE best place to play stud. Nobody could hold a candle to it.

These days my stud game is at UltimateBet when they have tables going. A lot of loose and chasey players there which I find to be really nice. I clean up REALLY well with stud at that card room. Full Tilt Poker the players are too damn tight for stud and for 8b games they are especially tight. I don't waste my time playing stud games there.

At PokerStars I also think they are a bit too knowledgeable and tight and they try to play tricky. The action seems to be slow and the tables are grindy.

I haven't tried any others lately. I don't know of too many that have stud tables going on a regular basis.

For the overall best poker site, depends on the limit and the game I think. Which do you play?

ive been taking it easy lately since ive lost a good deal of money. ive been playing .50/1.00 lately till i can work up a bankroll on ps. i think i'll take a look at UltimateBet. ive never played there.

as far as  Paradise being less rigged. i guess you can say that. i rarely suffered bad beats on paradise( until the very end when they knew they were closing) PokerStars they happen very often

Well the two known sites out there are Full Tilt and Pokerstars. I like them both, ps for all the traffic and amount of players they offer, the tournaments, and the vip club. I also like Full Tilt for getting rakeback as well as offering having a large variety like ps. Besides those two sites I really don't constantly play at any other site. However, I did play on jetset a lot when it was around before it went down. i heart that there is a new site that is the old jetset that is up again, but not for realy money.

No, PokerStars is.

Stars biggest, but Full Tilt by far the best, and tourneys starting far more regularly on FT. Not that that matters but heh...
