Bob, I think the point is that the guy flops the nuts and ends up checking it down, even on the river.  He gets zero value from his hand.  Note that if anyone has a king on the river he's definitely getting at least one bet out of them, and they might even raise.  Checking the river is just nuts.  It's a typical case of slowplay-itis that you tend to see all the time at these limits.

why can't I find games like you vers? Your table selection must be really good. This is the 2nd one you have shown us recently. Do you think he had just learnt about the WA/WB concept Smile

The last couple of days I have been playing at the $25NL tables and there is definitely a tighter bunch of players preflop but post flop so many are passive/weak and any type of aggression seem to be +ev, where as at $10NL you have to be careful as everyone will call you down with bottom pair or their gut shots that they hit on the river. Is that the case through $50NL and $100NL?

AT Cake $50, its more passive and the $100 more 3betting, tighter play
