Villian 3-bets about 15% of open-raises, suggesting he's doing it pretty light.  I feel this is standard but I'm willing to discuss.  Also do you 4-bet/fold here?

I like you line here versus someone who is 3-betting this much.  I'd rather 4-bet and try to end it there and then, than call and try to play a pot OOP when we're this deep.

But I do think you have to fold to a shove.  I'd call a shove 100bb deep, but I doubt you're getting the right odds to call a shove this deep.  I haven't checked the numbers but I pretty sure it's a fold if he shoves here.

I don't get 3 bet stats currently as I don't have the software to view it but I would mix in a few calls here. I think if I did 4 bet I would fold to the push more often than not. Taking a stand needs to happen if he is abusing you with his 3 betting and also can create a bit of a good table image from others in the hand. What would you do if he either called your 4 bet or reraised/pushed?

I think raise is better than call here.  Even more than AK, you can shove but you can't call a shove.
