I insta-shoved.........too much Confused..... My thoughts were by 4-betting am i not defining my hand too much?

whoops i misread the hh.  Perhaps I'd re-raise smaller but I don't fault a shove.  In his situation I fear a small re-raise MORE than a shove as a shove is likely AK not wanting to play this hand OOP.  By reversing that and shoving with AA you may get a call from inferior hands.

I think shoving is fine.  A pot-sized reraise is to roughly $28, and he only has a little over $40 left in his stack.  Also a shove often looks weaker than a smaller reraise when the pot is this large, a smaller four bet just looks suspicious and screams "I have a monster".
