I don't like your flop line here Dave.  You're not really floating since you're out of position, and even if you hit your gutshot you'll find it hard to get all the money in.  I prefer to checkraise the flop (intending to fold to a shove, obviously).  If he calls your cr this shows a lot of strength, and if I don't improve I just give up.  When you pick up the extra outs on the turn I'd bet/fold or cr-shove.

As played I think you should probably checkraise the turn, since getting paid off by a worse hand will be difficult if the flush hits.
