I like it.  He's not calling the flop with KT, he'd probably raise with flush and straight draws on the board.  So either he has a draw like J9, AJ, QJ, AQ, flush draws (heavily weighted towards J9 and QJ, since AJ and AQ probably 3-bet preflop), or a single pair or kings, tens, deuces or a pocket pair.  In other words most of his range consists of one pair hands.

When he checks the turn I think you can narrow his range to either flush draws or an unimproved pair, he's probably bet/folding a straight or KQ/QT.

So when he checks AGAIN on the river after you showed weakness, he doesn't have a flush, and his most likely hand is a single pair.  So I'd say he'd definitely fold a bit less than 50%, and a pot-sized bluff looks good to me.  Is my reasoning errr... reasonable?
