The turn was I know messed up........ whats he call with Confused I am OOP, best I could do?

This is kind of player dependent, but I'm comfortable raising the flop.  Pot it, $4, and see what happens.

I fold this on the flop Dave.  Small pot, you're out of position and not closing the action.  You're not drawing to the nuts and if you hit your flush you're unlikely to get action from a worse hand because the flush is so obvious.

Maybe you knew this guy was terrible (he did call your turn cr after all) and you put him on an ace, in which case calling is possibly more defensible.  But bottom line, I think the fact you felt unable to bet the river shows that drawing on the flop was probably a mistake.

This is a very good point Tony....whats the point of hitting and still checking the river?..he had 75o for 2 pr BTW
